Prior to serving as President, he served on the association’s board of directors. Brain injury attorney, Michael Kaplen also has served as national liaison between the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group of the American Association of Justice and the Brain Injury Association of America. Brain Injury Attorney Shana De Caro serves as an officer of the American Association for Justice Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group.
